The long runs are key, so if you are hurting I would skip the 11 miler tomorrow morning and focus on being healthy for the 20 miler in 9 days. So I guess the answer is c., use the pillow and throw some ice into the equation as well. :o)
Wow.. well, I was told that the way to avoid hitting the wall was to keep nourished. Make sure you have supplements at 10k and 30k (those gel packs) I didn't hit the wall when running the marathon (and unlike you I had no training) Relax.. enjoy it! :) All will be well.. don't ruin yourself in training

I SAY USE THE PILLOW FIRST TO REST AND THEN TRY THE LADDER TO GET OVER THE WALL, THAT WAY YOU USE THE LEAST ENERGY TO GET OVER THE OBSTACLE :)
I say D:
Get OVER it!!

I've also hit the Wall, big time! Trying to find a way to go around it myself! I'm thinking maybe find some technical device to break it, lol :)
There are many ways to get to your goal, use them.
